Client Records: Comprehensive customer histories are maintained indefinitely. Details include: name, address, phone numbers, referral tracking, special dates, preferred stylist, formula, sales transaction history, and optional client pictures! Client History: Detailed customer histories are maintained for purchases of products, services, and tanning. Cash Register: The system provides a mouse driven point of sale facility with minimal keyboarding required. All salon products and services are displayed and all calculations and transactions are integrated into the customer history and accounting databases. An optional cash drawer can be installed. Marketing: The system offers a full range of marketing tools for the salon.Letter and label generation is mouse controlled, and customization of messages is easily accomplished. A wide variety of marketing oriented reports are also available. Inventory Control: The system maintains a real time inventory and a min-max reorder file for all products including retail, back bar, and colors. Reordering is done automatically and orders can be printed, sent by FAX, or transmitted electronically. Inventory levels are reset upon receipt of the order Scheduling: The system provides a mouse driven calendar with integration to the client and employee database. The appointments system not only logs appointments, but tracks employee time off and vacations. Time Clock: The system captures and maintains an in-out time and attendance for all employees. Calculation of pay based on hours worked, service and/or retail sales, or a combination of these is available on demand for any time period. Bookkeeping: General ledger reporting for such salon transactions as Products and Services sales, Sales Taxes Collected, and Gift Certificates Sold or Redeemed are produced. Cashing out is a snap. A full range of production reports are available, and electronic interface to either Quicken, Quick Books, or One Write Plus accounting systems is provided. Tanning Booth Management: The system keeps track of pre-paid tanning and exposure time. The sale of pre-paid packages automatically updates the client file, tracking packages by visits, minutes or expiration date . Interfacing with booth control devices is also available. Remaining pre-paid sessions are tracked, thus eliminating the need for tanning cards. Management Reports: The system provides a full range of sales and performance reports. Color graphs display comparative results in bar graphs, pie charts or other appropriate formats. Remember, all these functions come fully loaded with every ACCS Salon Management System.
