The ACCS Install.exe file is a self-extracting WinZip file which will load the ACCS Installation program to your computer. Download this file to your desktop or hard drive and double click on "accs_install.exe"
When the "WinZip" program opens, allow it to unzip to the dafault settings. Do not attempt to close the program! Click on the tab, "Install the ACCS Salon Management Software" and follow the instructions on the screen until setup is complete; Click on the tab, "Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader6.0 for Help File" tab; Click on the tab, "View the ACCS Salon Management System Help File" to view the help file. In the Table of Contents click on "Installation" to go to the setup information. It is suggested that you print out copies of pages 9 thru 19 to use as a guide when doing your initial installation.(You may wish to print the entire 140 pages); Click on the tab "Exit the ACCS Installation Program; Start the program by clicking on the "Start" button on your desktop, pointing the mouse to "Programs" and then to "ACCS Salon Management Systems". Click on the ACCS logo and the program will start. The first time you open the program, you will be prompted for your salon information. Complete the screen fully and click on the "Finished" button to begin running your software. In order to secure your software and to provide adequate support for you we require that you obtain a registration number from us within 30 days of installation. Please call us at 1-888-799-3132 to purchase the software and obtain your registration number. It is suggested that you review all of the setup instructions as well as the installation information in the User's Manual before attempting to enter salon information. While the system is very flexible, it is a good idea to have a general plan on how you will use the various parts before starting up. The program comes with 60 days (from purchase date) toll free telephone support. After 60 days, you may elect to renew support (including all updates) for an annual fee of $125. You will be notified prior to the expiration of the 60 days the availability of annual support. Return Policy: If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with this software and a registration key has not been issued, you may return it for a full refund.
